Here I have gathered the steps which you need to follow in order to block apps on your Android phone. just you need to fallow given steps. 

·         Firstly, Download and Install ClearLock app on your Android phone using this Link.

·         After that, Launch the app on your Phone.

·         Now ones the app is opened it will automatically select some apps to block; you may unselect those if such apps are not distracting you and select the apps which you actually want to block.

·         Then tap on Big Orange button.

·         Now it will ask you to set the time period of blocking those apps. Minimum time is 10 minutes and maximum is 3 hours.

·         Ones you have choose your convenient time then tap on Block Apps.

·         Then tap on I’m sure to grant the permission for blocking the apps.

·         After that it will show you the countdown that when your app is going to be unlocked.
